My Approach
Mo's approach to counselling is a delicate balance between validation, acceptance and a challenge towards change. I believe in first understanding how you got here and then collaboratively deciding on next steps.

As an immigrant and settler to Canada and Alberta, with a deep respect for tradition and culture, I would like to acknowledge the Indigenous Peoples as traditional stewards of this land, I now call home.
The traditional territories and oral practices of the Blackfoot Nations, which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, and the Kainai. The Tsuut’ina and Stoney Nakoda First Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
Thank you for hosting me on your land.
